Seller’s Disclosure Statement

In August 2025, legislation changed in Queensland. Sellers are now legally required to provide a formal Seller’s Disclosure Statement to prospective buyers before a contract is signed. This disclosure must include essential information about the property, such as Title details, Encumbrances, Notices and other relevant matters.

Failing to provide a compliant Disclosure Statement can delay or terminate a sale, so it is vital to get it right.

At Coast & Country Legal, we help property sellers throughout Queensland, prepare accurate and legally compliant Seller’s Disclosure Statement that meet all the current legislative requirements. Our experienced conveyancing team ensures your Disclosure Statement is complete, up to date, and tailored to your specific property.
